Types of land zones.
Land Zone in urban area and rural area: This includes populated areas with developed infrastructure such as residential, commercial, and industrial areas.
1. Residential Zones (R-Zones):
– R1: Largely residential areas with low-rise buildings.
– R2: High-density residential areas allowing for multi-story apartments.
– R3: Mixed-use areas mixing residential and commercial spaces.
2. Commercial Zones (C-Zones):
– C1: Areas for retail shops, offices, and smaller commercial establishments.
– C2: Hubs for larger commercial complexes and shopping malls.
3. Industrial Zones (M-Zones):
This is for all types of manufacturing, including factories, warehouses, and related infrastructure and engineering & chemicals.
4. Public and Semi-Public Zones (PS-Zones):
These include areas for government offices, schools, hospitals, parks, and other public facilities.
5. Green Zone:
This focuses on environmentally friendly safeguards and includes open spaces, green belts, and areas essential for maintaining ecological balance like parks and environmental conservation areas.
6. Forest Zone:
These areas are covered by forests and are protected for ecological balance and biodiversity conservation.
