What to Submit in MPCB Annual Returns:

- Form 4 (Hazardous and other waste 2016): This form gathers details regarding the type and quantity of hazardous waste generated, alongside its management practices such as treatment, storage, disposal, and any incidents linked to the waste.

- Form 5 (Environment Audit report): Prepared by an authorized environmental auditor, this report evaluates the occupier’s or operator’s adherence to the Hazardous Waste Rules. It also highlights potential areas for improvement in their hazardous waste management practices.
Submission Process for MPCB Annual Returns
