Submit Building Plans and Documents Requirements:

After the review, a demand letter for Fire Protection Fund Fees is issued.
Fee calculated based on the size and height of the building.
Payment:
Payment must be made online following the instructions in the demand letter.
Provisional Fire NOC Issuance:
Upon payment of fees and validation of documents, MIDC issues a Provisional Fire NOC electronically.
Purpose:
This document allows construction to begin, indicating that basic fire safety requirements are met.
Validity
Duration:
The Provisional Fire NOC is valid until the completion of the building.
Final fire approval is needed after the construction and installation of fire safety systems.
