1. Documents for Provisional Fire Approval (PFA)
Online Application submitted through MIDC Single Window Clearance Portal (https://services.midcindia.org/services/)
Building plan approval accorded by MIDC
Copy of Building Completion Certificate
List of raw materials and finished goods (with quantity storage) on company letterhead with signature and stamp
Process Flow Chart on company letterhead with signature and stamp
MPCB’s Consent to Establish or Consent to Operate documents
2. Documents for Final Fire Approval (FFA)
Application form for Final Fire Approval (Form A)
[Maharashtra Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Act, 2006]
As-built area statement issued by a Licensed Architect, indicating the floor-wise area and total covered area on each floor
Payment receipt of Fire Protection Fund Fees and
Additional Fire Protection Fund Fees (if applicable) paid to MIDC
Photograph of the firefighting system in working condition
Alarm or Ventilation consultant certificate
No Dues Certificate from MIDC Accounts Department
