1. Business Registration Proof
   • For companies: Certificate of Incorporation, Company PAN Card, Memorandum of Association (MOA), and Articles of Association (AOA)
   • For partnerships: Partnership Deed copy
2. Project Details
   • Detailed Project Report
   • Process flow chart or Process flow
   • Proposed block/site plan showing layout on the plot
3. Financial Documents
   • Bank account details
   • Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) receipt (usually 10% of lease amount)
4. Other Supporting Documents
   • Industrial license (if required)
   • KYC – Identity and address proof of directors / partners
   • Request letter expressing interest in the plot
5. Special Cases
   • For PAP (Project Affected Persons) plots: inheritance certificate, NOC from other heirs, indemnity bond
   • For specific industries: approvals from pollution control board or other regulatory bodies
