Documents required for AAI NOC application
To obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Airports Authority of India (AAI) for constructing a building, please ensure that you gather and submit the following documents in the specified sequence:
1. Application Form : Complete the NOC application form, which can be found on the AAI website.
2. Proof of Land Ownership : Provide documents verifying ownership or lease of the land where construction is intended.
3. NOC from Local Bodies : Secure approval from the local municipal corporation or relevant local authorities.
4. Site Plan : Include a detailed layout of the proposed construction site, showing existing structures and the proposed changes.
5. Site Survey Report : Submit a survey report conducted by a licensed surveyor approved by local bodies or a private surveyor empaneled by the AAI.
6. Architectural Drawings : Provide two sets of architectural drawings in the metric system. These should include:
– Block Plan
– Typical Floor Plan
– Section and Elevation Plan
– Floor-wise area calculation certificate, signed by a licensed Architect/Civil Engineer.
7. Height Clearance Details: Furnish information regarding the proposed height of the building and its distance from the nearest airport.
8. Color Coded Zoning Map (CCZM) : If applicable, include the CCZM for the area, which indicates permissible top elevation for different zones.
9. Payment Receipt : Attach proof of payment of the required fees, which should be submitted through NEFT/RTGS in the AAI bank account.
